An exception is allowed for those that are geographically remote from a certified Optifit training facility. In this instance, with prior approval, participation in a non-Optifit personal training program will be allowed. This offer does not apply to consumable products.

With this, participants are assessed monthly by our physicians, continue with Optifit exercise training, have weekly access to support group meetings, and to Optifit nutritional products. For participants who have reached their weight loss goal, we offer our Maintenance program. This unique program provides participants access to monthly support group meetings and to Optifit nutritional products. Details on these programs can be provided by our Optifit support team.
