Welcome!  If you've suffered enough and are committed to change, you've come to the right place.  Your transformation begins with the initial physician consultation.  Please call (1-877-678-4348) or email us at info@getoptifit.com and we will arrange for your Optifit medical consultation at a time that is most convenient for you.  During your initial meeting, our board- certified medical physician will review your health history, identify any treatment risk and outline your individual treatment strategy.  It is important to come 20 minutes early in order to do the necessary paper work.  The process will be most efficient If you are able to fill out our on-line health questionnaire.

In order to get you started, we will be performing metabolic testing and we will also arrange for a meeting with our registered dietitian.  Information obtained will establish the foundation for your nutrition program. You will leave our office visit with clear direction and a custom nutritional program which will help begin your metabolic rejuvenation.  To improve the accuracy of your metabolic tests, eat nothing and drink only water for 4 hrs prior to your visit.  Also, bring a tight fitting garment such as a swimming suit which will be worn during body composition testing.

In total, allow 90-120 minutes for your initial evaluation, metabolic testing, and education session.  We look forward to beginning our relationship with you!
